MasonicWages.com is to remind ourselves, that we did not join for gold or glory, but to be the ones doing the work, that is required of us, behind the scenes, helping where we can, when we can, as best as we can. To Learn from one another, to take good men of a moral value, that internal compass that ever points one in the right direction and makes them even better, by the allegoric and speculative lessons one receives while getting his degrees. 

Masonic Wages.com was designed with the purpose to allow one to think, ponder, and absorb those sacred lessons that we learned as we took our degrees. As a California Freemason, that the brethren from other states and countries may do things slightly differently. However, to hold the belief that we all take our Blue Lodge degrees, in a similar form or with the same purpose and goal in mind. 

The Staircase Lecture is to guide us in all that we do. The work, that one does to oneself, ever polishing that rough ashlar into a pure and perfect ashlar and taking that perfect ashlar to be fitted within our internal structure, our spiritual temple within that which we all are building.
