Each episode of 'V H US' features host Dirk Marshall having an in-depth talk with various guests about that week's cult film and what it is like to have the profession portrayed (sometimes very loosely) in the film.Dirk Marshall was raised in a mom and pop video store in a small town. Growing up amongst the illustrious backdrop of VHS Box art, he learned about the world from the works of William Friedkin, Frank Henenlotter, and Penelope Spheeris. Now on VH US he sits down with people who's profession is portrayed in a film to talk about what it is like to have that profession and about the film he has assigned them.

Being born in the late 70s, they believe that the 80s and 90s were the last truly great decades but, can you remember what was popular in music, film and TV? Do you recall your first love, bunking off school, music festivals and more? Join James, Phil & Rich - friends of more than 30 years - as, every episode, they discuss and reminisce about a single year. Was growing up in the 80s & 90s really as good as they remember it? Did it improve with age in the 00s? Take a hilarious trip down memory lane with 3 Essex Boys, several beers, lots of wine gums and just a few scribbled notes to guide them. Now they're taking on a host of single topics and casting their obscure minds over them all. Their minds are willing but are they able? They're Not Faulty, Just Blank. Hosted on Acast. A bite-sized podcast about traveling while running a business and being an introvert. Not knowing what introversion was until my 30s, I feel that I wasted some of my early years by not really understanding myself. An inspiration for my business is that I want to help others understand themselves better, earlier on in their careers and their lives. Introversion is a very misunderstood area – introverts can suffer mentally and physically because people typecast them or act negatively towards them. It’s not nice to be trapped in a little box. When you label somebody, they tend to act like that label, which stops people from achieving their true potential. I don’t let being an introvert define me, I let it guide me.If you are looking for some career coaching or just want to reach out contact me at janice@thecareerintrovert.com
