Dr. Dan Wuori is an expert on childcare, early learning, and early education. Currently, he is Director of Early Learning at The Hunt Institute. Wuori has been a kindergarten teacher and a school district administrator. He was the Deputy Director of South Carolina First Steps to School Readiness. He is a past president of the South Carolina Early Childhood Association.Wuori's first book, "The Daycare Myth: What We Get Wrong About Early Care and Education (and What We Should Do About It)," was published in 2024.
